Welcome to Cheeky’s Beach House. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
A valid government-issued ID and full payment are required at the time of booking.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
Payment must be made through the approved platform (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) or as otherwise arranged with the owner/manager.
A security deposit may be required. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from this deposit.
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval. Violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
To maintain the comfort and integrity of Cheeky’s Beach House:
No smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed unless explicitly authorized.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Respect neighbors and community rules.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
Please notify us of any damages or issues promptly.
We reserve the right to charge for any repairs or replacements required due to misuse or negligence.
Cancellations must comply with the policy listed on the booking platform.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
We are not responsible for weather-related cancellations or travel disruptions.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
The property includes standard amenities and safety features, but guests use the premises at their own risk.
Cheeky’s Beach House, its owners, and managers are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft during your stay.
We aim to ensure all amenities and utilities are in working order. Please report any issues immediately.
While we strive for prompt resolution, repairs may occasionally require time and access to the property.
Management may enter the property for emergencies or necessary repairs with prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.
